Anyone working in the SnackShack or Kitchen is required to have a Maricopa County Food Handlers Card on file with the Activities Office. You can study (about 40 minutes required) online at www.SafeWayClasses.com or www.ArizonaFoodHandler.com and take the test in the comfort of your easy chair.
